Terms of Service

Cancelation Policy:​​

I understand that life can be unpredictable, and sometimes schedules need to be adjusted. However, to ensure that I can accommodate all of my clients effectively, I have set forth a cancellation and rescheduling policy.

I kindly ask that you reschedule or cancel your appointment at least 48 hours in advance. This helps me manage my schedule and offer the slot to clients on our waiting list. 

​

Unfortunately, last-minute cancellations or 'no shows' can disrupt my schedule and prevent other clients from securing appointments. Therefore, my cancellation fees are as follows:

  • Cancellation with less than 48-hour notice: You will be charged 50% of the service amount.

  • 'No Shows' or same-day cancellations: You will be charged 100% of the service amount.

  • Frequent cancellations or reschedules are not sustainable for my business or for the nature of the services I offer and may result in us needing to part ways, professionally.

 

I understand that emergencies and unavoidable situations occur. I am more than willing to work with you in such instances to find a solution that works for both of us.

Service Adjustment Policy:

Your satisfaction is the highest priority. If you are not completely content, please let me know during your service or within 7 days after your service has been performed.  I am committed to making any needed corrections, as long as it falls in the services discussed and agreed upon during the consultation. I will be pleased to accommodate you free of charge in most circumstances. For said complimentary service to be done, this request must be made within 7 days of your initial appointment.

Product Return Policy:

A very lightly used product may be returned by the next scheduled appointment you have with me. Make sure to reach out to me with your concerns as soon as possible after using the product​.
